Born, raised and currently living in Chatsworth, Durban.

Matriculated in Chatsworth Secondary School in 1993, Completed a Diploma in Cost and Management Accounting in 1996 at Durban University of Technology (formerly known as ML Sultan Technikon) Completed a BCompt Degree in 2010 at UNISA.

Secretary of the Rovers Netball Club in Chatsworth and an Administrator of the Chatsworth Netball Union. Actively involved in the Community in both areas of Religion and Culture.
